With a form which resembles winged peas and the taste of asparagus, an unusual vegetable. Great sauteed in butter. Rich in vitamins A, B1, vitamin C and folic acid

 

When to Sow: Apr - Jun

 

HOW TO SOW:

Sow in pots - onto moist compost and cover with 2cm of soil. Growing on before transplanting to final positions 5cm appart.

 

Direct sow - Into shallow drills every 5cm and cover with 2cm soil. Succession for for a continuous crop.
