Very easy to grow, this vagarous climber will produce a constant supply of fruits through the summer. Fruits have the distinctive stripy watermelon pattern and the inside tastes just like a cucumber.

 

When to Sow: Apr - May

 

HOW TO SOW: Sow indoors into individual pots in their edge to prevent rotting. Ideal temp of 21°C to be maintained day and night so best to use a heated matt.

Transplant when 7cm tall into growbags, pots or into the ground. Can be trained up a trellis, canes or other sort of support structure or alternatively can trail along the ground.
