A classic English country garden favourite. A useful garden staple for shady borders and also looks beautiful as a cut flower. Will flower in 1st year if sowed early.
When to Sow: Feb-Jun
HOW TO SOW:
Sow under glass - Surface sow onto a tray of moist well-drained compost. Lightly press the seeds into the compost to make contact . Do not cover with soil as light is required for germination. Ideal temp. 15-20°C. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to individual pots
Sow direct where they are to flower the following year or in a seed bed for transplating later , keep moist until plats establish and thin seedlings to prevent overcrowding.
