HOW TO SOW: Dig over the bed in autumn to prepare the soil adding lots of organic matter. Sow in pots - Into most compost and cover with 1cm of soil. Ideal temp 10-15 °C. Transfer into final posotions when large enough to handle 10cm apart. Sow Direct - Into a prepared seed bed in shallow drills covering with 1cm of soil. Thin to 10cm when when large enough to handle.
Do not grow in ground which has been recently manured.
