A powerhouse perennial that thrives on neglect, laughs in the face of drought, and delivers those dreamy, airy spires of lavender-blue right when the garden needs a late-summer pick-me-up.

This is the kind of plant that earns its keep. It loves dry, well-drained soil (think Mediterranean conditions) and basks in full sun, making it a go-to for those scorching spots where other plants just give up.When to Sow: Jan - Dec
