A traditional heirloom variety known for its distinct pink to rose-colored skin and long, cylindrical shape. It has been grown in China for centuries and is a popular winter radish due to its hardiness and flavor.

 

When to Sow: Jul - Aug

 

HOW TO SOWCHINA ROSE RADISHES:
Sow Direct - Broadcast sow or sow in shallow drills, thinly 1cm deep. Water well.   Succession sow for a continuous harvest.

  • Care: Keep moist. Do not transplant, should not need thinning. Cover with fleece to prevent flea beetle.

  • Harvest: Pull as required when young and tender 4 wks after sowing
