A traditional colorful Indian corn producing stunning long cobs of bright kernels which are edible.   The cobs can be used for decorative purpose and also make  great pop corn.
An excellent source of vitamins A, B and C. Gluten free with a good supply of dietry fibre and protein.

 

When to Sow: Apr - May

 

HOW TO SOW FIESTA SWEETCORN:
Sow in pots - Sow thinly into pots or modules of damp compost. Cover with 4cm of soil. Ideal temp 20-30°C.  Grow on until all risk of frost has passed, then harden off before transplating out into final cropping location 45cm appart in blocks to aid pollination.
