A stunning heirloom variety, with medium-sized fruits that feature a striking red and yellow striped skin. With a  perfect balance of sweetness and acidity the juicy flesh delivers a rich, tangy flavor. The plant is a vigorous grower, thriving in sunny spots with well-drained soil. Expect an early and abundant harvest.


High in vitamin C and lycopene.

 

When to Sow: Jan - Apr

 

HOW TO SOW:
Sow in pots under glass - Sow thinly into pots or modules of damp compost. Cover with a sprinkle of soil or vermiculite .Place inside a propagator  with an Ideal temp 18-21°C.  Prick out into individual pots when large enough to handle  and grow on until well established.
Ideal for containers. Can be hardened off and planted outside once all risk of frost has passed.
