Vibrant purple flowers that bloom atop strong & tall slender stems, standing upright and swaying delicately in the wind.  These delicate blooms appear in profusion from midsummerright through to autumn creating a stunning display of color that attracts butterflies, bees, and other pollinators to the garden. Long lasting flowers are a great addition to bouquets.

 

When to Sow: Feb - Apr

HOW TO SOW VERBENA:
Sow indoors - Sow into pots of moist well drained compost and cover with vermiculite. Keep moist but not wet. Ideal temp.  Germination is erratic and cam be helped by lower nighttime temperatures (15-18°C) If no germionation occurs after 2 week try dropping temp down even further to 10-15°C. n Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle.
