With masses of pretty daisy like flowers. Chamomile has many cosmetic and medicinal uses. Can be used in tea, Infused as a facial steam or eyebath, Flowers can be used in the bath to soothe sun burnt skin.

 

When to Sow: Mar- May

HOW to SOW: In Pots - Sow a spinkle of seeds onto most compost and press the seeds down to make contact with the soil. Do not cover. Ideal temp 15°C. Transplant when large enough to handle and plant once risk of frost has passed.

From April - Sow outdoors direct into a prepared seed bed broadcast sowing into drills.
