Partnership & Affiliate Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a Partnership & Affiliate Coordinator to help us build relationships with gardening brands and like-minded businesses to drive more sales. If you love connecting people, spotting collaboration opportunities, and growing a brand through smart partnerships, read on.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Finding & Reaching Out to Brand Partners  - Companies which pair perfectly with our seeds.

  • Setting Up a Commission-Based Partnership Program – You’ll design a system where brands earn when they help us sell.

  • Managing Relationships & Tracking Performance – Keep partners engaged, track results, and optimize for growth.

  • Exploring Creative Collaboration Ideas – From co-marketing campaigns to exclusive offers, you’ll make sure these partnerships actually drive sales.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Love networking & building relationships—you can spot a great collaboration opportunity a mile away.

  • Are proactive & results-driven—you don’t wait around; you make things happen.

  • Know your way around digital marketing & e-commerce - A must ! 

  • Have an interest in sustainable gardening, flower farming, or eco-friendly brands (not required, but a huge plus!).

Hours & Pay

  • Flexible, starting at just a couple of hours a week (with lots of potential to grow).

  • Remote – work from anywhere.

  • Pay: To be discussed based on experience.

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s not just a traditional copywriter but someone who can think strategically, move fast, and leverage AI tools to maximize impact: 

​

  • Content Creation– Craft engaging blog posts, emails, and social media content.

  • AI-Powered Marketing – Use tools like ChatGPT, Manychat and Canva AI to create and optimize content efficiently.

  • Email Marketing & Funnels – Help grow our email list with lead magnets, automations, and irresistible copy.

  • Social Media & Growth Strategies – Create high-impact posts, manage scheduling, and analyze performance to drive conversions.

  • Paid & Organic Growth Tactics – Assist with running Facebook/Instagram ads and SEO-driven content.

  • Launch & Campaign Support – Help execute product launches, online courses, and promotional campaigns.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Move fast and adapt quickly—this is NOT a slow corporate role.

  • Are AI-literate and know how to use AI for marketing 

  • Understand growth hacking, digital marketing trends, and email automation.

  •  Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content that drives sales.

  •  Have an interest in sustainable gardening, flower farming, or the grow-your-own movement (bonus points!).
